It is said that a certain person “created” an idea. However my knowledge is based off the knowledge of those whom came before me. Ideas are more organic floating ever changing thoughts, and are influenced by those whom we all come in contact with. I am sharing those whom helped me to expand my thoughts even further. I stand in awe that with this information at our fingertips we haven’t already begun to shift away from today’s societies, but the world isn’t currently built for thinkers, it’s built for dreamers.
I came across two simple questions to ask ourselves when we are thinking of negative things, mostly about ourselves or a particular individual. 1. Are my thoughts useful? 2. How do they behave? So allow me to list some links to sites where I find very useful thoughts:
Peter Joseph is by far the first person to introduce me to the corruption in our institutions. More than that he pointed out that this corruption is built into these systems, so no matter whom leads in the system, corruption would always manifest. His movies and book are all very informative and he is still pumping out material today. He is, for lack of a better word, a Hero pushing for a new paradigm of thought.

Jacque Fresco was the first person to show me another plausible way our society could function, prior to seeing him featured in Peter Josephs second Zeitgeist film, I had no idea how to fix all the problems with out society, my mind simply didn’t think big enough, I had too many walls up that prevented me from finding solutions. Over time I processed this information from Jacque, and knew it was more than possible for humans to become civilized. He created The Venus Project which continues today to try to design the future with the help of Jacques long time companion Roxanne Meadows. There is a lot more links I could post here, by so many interesting thinkers like Alan Watts, artist like comedian George Carlin in his later routines or James Maynard Keenan front-man for Tool, Pusifer, and A Perfect Circle and the lyrics he writes pertaining to the state of the world. Awakening really is all over the place, and no ONE source of information is a healthy way for anyone to learn from. I urge all of you to go out and educate yourselves and take the time to THINK about humanity as a whole. How do we move forward? What’s missing? Why do people act out? Are people just born bad? In the words of Bill Hicks, “…question authority, think for yourself.” In other words question the institutions, those of the home, the community, the government, the world. I know our species can be amazing, we simply are not giving ourselves the living environment to do so.
